I was tagged twice before. Did mine a week or so ago. It was Silence of the Lambs...the page where Gumb sticks his penis between his legs and dreams of being a woman. Figures.

the closest book i've got in hand is the sivananda yoga centre's "the book of yoga". teehee.
the fifth sentence: this pose is easier to hold than 3.
the next three sentences: repeat on the other side. from the inclined plane, place your right leg in half lotus. shift your weight on to the left hand and foot and stretch your right arm straight up.
duh.
